Hi, My name is Donna Nelson-Henry Masters prepared dually certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. My experiences and achievements in healthcare spans greater than 30 years. My journey, which I described as a “calling”, has led, motivated, cultivated me to pursue higher educational growth in the healthcare field. I am a graduate of Wilkes University and Rutgers University (formerly University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ). My pursuit of my Post-Graduate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, combined with extensive experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner, was built on providing holistic care, which included the mind and the body. My mental healthcare approach and goals evolves with YOU and YOUR GOALS of wellness. Mental health care management requires an integration of the mind and body to be person-centered, evidenced-based, non-judgmental, caring approach.

Umatter Telepsychiatry Healthcare Service was founded 2023 for children, adolescents and adults on the foundation of providing, person-centered, integrative comprehensive mental health care management. Integrative care management, maintains safety as a key factor which focuses on determining the root cause and contributing factors for anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) and attention deficit disorder (ADD), sleep disorders, etc.
